A Year-End Message from Uyanchem | 2025

As 2025 comes to an end, we would like to take a quiet moment to look back on the year and to sincerely thank all our customers and partners for walking this journey with us.

Over the past year, Uyanchem has largely achieved its business goals and continued to move forward steadily. Across our core areas—photoresist materials, precious metal catalysts, and fine chemicals—we have made meaningful progress step by step.

In the photoresist materials segment, we developed a range of photoresist monomer materials widely used in the synthesis of KrF and ArF photoresist resins, supporting chemically amplified lithography processes. Several products have successfully entered the supplier systems of key customers, completing qualification, validation, and mass production. We also continued to improve product quality, with most products reaching purity levels above 99.5%, and single metal impurities controlled at 10 ppb or lower. The positive feedback we received from customers has been both encouraging and deeply appreciated.

For precious metal catalysts, rising costs brought ongoing challenges throughout the year. While price adjustments were sometimes unavoidable, we have never viewed this business as a pursuit of short-term gains. Our focus has always been on long-term partnership—standing with our customers, sharing market realities openly, and making decisions together with care and responsibility. We are truly grateful for the understanding and trust shown by so many customers during periods of market fluctuation.

In fine chemicals, products such as trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, fullerenes, and their derivatives achieved clear growth in 2025. In particular, our fullerene products were successfully validated and introduced into the supply chains of several well-known health supplement companies both in China and overseas, and are now being supplied at commercial scale.

Looking back, 2025 was not an easy year. The market became more competitive, and the pace of change continued to accelerate. Yet through these challenges, we have remained confident in one simple belief: by respecting the market, treating customers with honesty, and continuously improving ourselves, we can move forward in a steady and sustainable way.
